Administrative Team
With over 60 years of orthodontic experience, these staff members keep the administrative component of the Get-It-Straight team flowing smoothly. Whether they greet you at the front desk with a friendly smile, by phone, online through e-mail, or through a text message, our front office team is here for you. They will tend to your scheduling needs and assist with your insurance and/or financial questions.

Treatment Coordinating Team
At the new patient consultation, Jenn and Margo oversee the delivery and coordination of the new patient experience. With over 35 years combined experience in the delivery of orthodontic care, they will walk you through the new patient process.

Our orthodontists will complete a clinical examination and recommend the best course of treatment. You will learn about the different types of braces we offer such as the new Damon System and Invisalign. All aspects of care will be reviewed and your questions answered, whether you are ready to begin treatment or placed in our “Recall Program” for younger patients until the time is right to begin treatment.

Orthodontic Clinical Team
Our office has the distinction of being the only orthodontic practice in the Greater Rochester New York area, including Monroe, Wayne and Ontario Counties, to employ only licensed Dental Hygienists on our clinical team. Hygienists, who have a 2-year degree in their specialty, are second only to the orthodontist when working with you or your child. Quality of care is our primary objective with every patient who walks through our door.

With over 140 years combined experience, our highly skilled orthodontic team is here to assist the doctors while adjusting your braces. Get-It-Straight Orthodontics delivers the highest caliber of orthodontic care available. Feel free to ask questions of our clinical team as they are well versed in every aspect of orthodontic care, including the new TAD’s procedure.

Jody is our Records Coordinator. Her responsibilities include taking the pre-treatment diagnostic radiographs, photographs and i-CAT 3D Images, which allow the doctors to evaluate, diagnose and finalize each patient’s treatment plan to assure the best orthodontic result possible.

In-House Custom Orthodontic Lab
Our practice has utilized an in-office lab for fabricating and designing orthodontic appliances for over 25 years. Micky has managed our lab since its inception and is very skilled in the art of orthodontic appliance construction. Ness is also instrumental in the production and quality of work that is completed on a daily basis. Get-It-Straight Orthodontics is the only practice in the area to provide this type of skilled service. Our in-house lab allows our doctors to oversee the fabrication of all orthodontic appliances, increasing the quality of patient care.
